What do we do at the stage of author supervision?

  1. We advise the foreman of the team and other contractors on the project
  2. We travel to the site once a week
  3. We shoot videos weekly about the current state of the facility
  4. Every Monday we have a plan for all areas of work and contractors, acceptance of materials, and every Friday we send a report on the work done.
  5. Visits to showrooms of finishing materials and furniture to agree on furniture configurations and selection of finishes
  6. Acceptance of finished materials and furniture at the site
  7. Support of documentation for the purchase of materials and furniture
  8. We check the compliance of the work performed with the design project
  9. We make adjustments and clarifications to the drawings and estimates
  10. Photographic recording
  11. We create a common field in the chat with information on the project and access for the customer, contractors and the team
  12. Approval of color samples and specimens

Stage No. 2. Design solutions (DS)

  1. Results of work for this stage:
  2. Foundation and pile fields.
  3. Load-bearing reinforced concrete structures of all floors, sections of floors of all floors.
  4. Load-bearing metal structures of all floors.
  5. Structural solutions for roofing and canopies, roof slope and pie design.
  6. Structural units.
  7. Specifications.
  8. Foundation waterproofing solutions.
  9. Structural solutions for elevator shafts and stairs.
  10. Guidelines for conducting construction and installation work.

Stage No. 3. Correction of the Sketch Design based on the results of the developed CR and preparation of Architectural Solutions (AS)

  1. Facades in color with indication of finishing materials and dimensions of main elements.
  2. Masonry floor plans (with reference to load-bearing walls and partitions, windows and doorways)
  3. Sections indicating elevation marks and floor slabs.
  4. Main nodes and sections.
  5. Sections of the stairs and elevator.
  6. Construction of shafts and channels for engineering communications.
  7. Specifications of window and door openings.
  8. Scheme of elements for filling window openings and facade glazing.
  9. List of jumpers.
  10. Statement of finishing facade works.
  11. Necessary units, sections, parts.
  12. Adaptation of AR and KR after receiving design documentation for engineering systems

  3. General plan of a land plot with references to architectural objects located on it.
  4. General plan with the main decisions on the vertical positioning of the house (with absolute marks of the adjoining corners of the house to the ground surface), entrances to the house, porches, terraces (with marks).

  6. Floor plans with plumbing connections.

  8. Roof plan indicating the covering material, utility outlets, and drainage system diagram.

  12. Three-dimensional axonometric schemes (“blanks”), views from different sides of the building, for understanding the volumetric-spatial solutions for the project
